Finally God begins to answer Job:

“Now prepare yourself like a man; I will question you and you shall answer Me.

“Where were you when I laid the foundations of the earth?

“Have you commanded the morning isnce your days began, and caused the dawn to know its place?

“Can you bind the cluster of hte Pleiades, or loose the belt of Orion?

“Can you lift up your voice to the clouds, that an abundance of water may cover you?”

God’s comments continue in the next chapter…. and we hear what Job has to say to Him.

Dear God, thank You for the world You created. Thank You for revealing parts of Yourself in the bible. Please help us to keep seeking You now in modern times, please give us the humility to praise You and fear You, and ask for Your help. Please give me Your Spirit, so that I may produce fruit for You. Please be with my friend L, thank You for her, and please bless my children with knowledge of You. Please watch over P &N. Thank You for my husband and my parents. Please watch over them and have Your angels caring for them and my children – indeed all the children of the world. Please help me channel the anger I feel about the treatment of vulnerable mothers into a path that is pleasing to You. In Jesus’ name, Amen
