Luke’s take on the Sermon on the Mount is beautiful and contains many important lessons:

* But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Do not fear therefore…

*When your eye is bad, then your whole body also is full of darkness. Therefore take care taht the light which is in you is not darkness.

* Do not worry about your life, what you will eat; nor about hte body, what you will put on. Life is more than food, and the body is more than clothing.

*Which of you, by worrying, will add one minute to his life?

*Seek the kingdom of God – and all these things shall be added to you.

Dear Father in Heaven, Thank You for the lovely day today. Thank You for the learning I am getting through my reading. Please be with me in my walk, and help me learn the things You want me to learn. Help me to write my book on love, if that is Your will. Please use my fingers to make it work to Your glory. Thank You for my family and please help me to raise them in Your ways.
